Question about Feral VP

[:1]My Guild is downing DW every week and I'm debating weather I should purchase a piece like the Head or chest or should I grab a piece like the belt, back, or the trinket. We've been rather lucky about getting trinkets and I'm in line for the next Vanquisher piece. I have my other characters farming valor so I could get the bracers, and I'm getting the boots next week. Also on a separate note when should I break my 378 2 set for my tier 13 2 set.
