yes why would'nt you be? I tanked it at ilevel 372 with no problems and i had no enchants at all

i noticed you could reforge some more crit/hit into dodge. and yes you could tank normal DS10 as long as the rest of your group is good too and you know what youre doing.
also enchant your crap to make life a little easier.
Hit isn't important at all? I'm trying to stay capped :o
For a tank, no. Expertise is important if anything. Generally it goes get to expertise cap if you have threat issues. If not then reforge to dodge.
Also, your relic is a strength one.... with parry no less! Please ditch it for the agility one, you'll get more dodge from agility+reforging, as well as more attack power for stronger SD procs, and more crit for more SD procs. There is never any reason to use a strength piece when you can get an agility one that's just as good.
I would learn the mechanics through LFR before I did it normal. your gear should be fine for LFR.
and Gray wind is correct about hit. Hit used to be important to ensure our interrupts and taunts always landed but now they can't miss, so hit just is a minor increase to dps up to but not beyond cap, expertise is also an increase in dps up to cap (and both increase threat only in as much as they increase dps)
the static agility on Arrow of time is nice but a random haste proc is totally lame for a bear. It's great for a cat but lame for a bear.
