you know whats annoying and i wish blizz would do something about this, after using starfall for your 1st lunar then race over to solor, then a few seconds lader you back in lunar with starfall still on CD..... i wish it would instantly reset starfall everytime you get into lunar, im sure it would make up for the lack of balance dps when it comes to single target.
MOP will fix it.

That my friend, is what this glyph is for. Only time your starfall possibly won't be off CD is during a lust phase, otherwise it will be avail. every time.
