Critique me as a bear tank

[:1]Hi well i will be switch to this toon because my guild now needs a feral bear tank and this toon is the most geared bear we have. Our guild is 5/8HM. I do know i am missing enchants and i have a pvp gear but just please provide me with information about my talent tree enchants i should have and reforging. As far as i know i am suppose to always reforge out of haste because bears do not need haste. Please keep in mind that I will be heroic tanking on this toon soon and I would love to have any kind of advice you can supply me. Thank you a lot and have a nice day.
You seem to be favoring both hit and haste over crit in your reforging. That's bass-ackwards.

For the purpose of reforging only (ignoring primary stats): dodge > mastery > expertise to softcap ~= crit > hit > haste

240armor on your gloves/250 on cloak (if you're maintanking)
Yes, what Tweenwolf said about the stats priority. Reforge haste first, then hit, etc... all into Dodge. There is no (reachable) dodge cap of any kind, so more is better.

Spec/glyphs look great

As Tweenwolf said, armor on cloak and the old Glove Reinforcement armor thingy for gloves (although the +65 mastery isn't too bad). In general, trinkets should be agility-based ones where possible. You might throw in a stamina trinket for magic-heavy fights or for times when you're being asked to tank hard content that your aren't really quite geared enough to tank. Also, PVP gear isn't necessarily a bad thing. PVP gear is often a higher item level than the same tier of PVE gear. Since we get the most usefulness from Armor, Stamina and Agility, higher item level is almost always better regardless of the secondary stats. So if you have access to a PVP piece that's several item levels higher than the PVE piece at your disposal, the PVP piece is acceptable... especially if the PVE piece has haste... which is almost as useless as resilience anyway. A good example is the PVP necklaces. We don't have many good necks at top level. Last I checked, the necklace from Heroic Ragnaros is our best-in-slot and second place goes to the top-level PVP necklace.
